1. No Deposit Bonus is available to all Eligible Clients of HiWayFX who register through a special invitation link.  
2. An Eligible Client is a new Client who has registered with HiWayFX, and verified his/her e mail, telephone number and an ID document.
3. The amount of No Deposit Bonus is 50 USD.
4. No Deposit Bonus is credited to a dedicated Bonus account with the following default characteristics:
   • Base currency: USD
   • Leverage: 1:500
   • Islamic/SWAP free accounts: NO
   • Internal transfer to/from bonus account: NOT AVAILABLE
   • Deposits / Withdrawals to/from bonus account: NOT AVAILABLE
     These default characteristics may not be changed.
5. No Deposit Bonus can be provided to an Eligible Client only once.

EXPIRATION AND WITHDRAWAL OF NO DEPOSIT BONUS AND PROFITS

1. No Deposit Bonus and Profits generated on the Bonus account may be withdrawn from the Bonus account to a Trading account upon having minimum 10 Standard integral lots (Minimum Volume) traded on the respective Bonus account. All orders must be closed prior to withdrawing the No Deposit Bonus or profits.
2. Unless Minimum Volume condition is met, bonus or profits may not be withdrawn.
3. No Deposit Bonus is valid for two months since the date it is credited to the corresponding Bonus account.
4. Upon the No Deposit Bonus expiration, unless Minimum Volume was traded, the bonus and all profits gained from such bonus shall be deducted from corresponding Bonus account.
5. To claim the No Deposit Bonus and all profits earned an email request shall be sent to [email protected].
6. All claims related to eligible withdrawal or internal transfer of the No Deposit Bonus as well as profits earned will be treated in due time but not later than one week after such claim is submitted.
