1. IronFX runs the Affiliate Program via www.ironaffiliates.com
2. IronFX promotes a US$25 Sign up Bonus (the “Bonus”) to its Clients, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document. The Bonus is valid for 2015.
3. By opening a trading account, the Client acknowledges that he has read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the IronFX Trading Terms and Conditions.
4. The Bonus will be limited to one account per Client (regardless of the number of accounts which the Client will maintain with IronFX). The Bonus shall be available to new Clients exclusively who have come through the Affiliate Program, but shall not be applicable to STP/ECN accounts, spread betting accounts as well as to zero fixed spread accounts. The bonus is available to clients from the following countries: France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland, Poland, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Iceland, Hungary, Portugal, Serbia, Austria, Czech Republic, Republic of Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Estonia, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Albania, Macedonia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Andorra, Malta, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, Vatican City.
5. The Bonus cannot be cashed in and the Clients will not be allowed to withdraw from their account(s) the bonus (see paragraph 10 for further details).
6. The life of the granted Bonus is 24 months.
7. The Bonus will be credited into the eligible Client’s account, as a notional sum, after all requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met. The Bonus will not be recorded or construed as a liability of IronFX towards the Clients and may be unilaterally, retroactively and unconditionally be withheld and subtracted from the Clients’ accounts, at any time and at the discretion of IronFX.
8. Upon the opening of the Client’s account, the Bonus will be automatically credited as a notional sum into the eligible Client's account, , provided that all requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met. The Bonus will not be recorded or construed as a liability of IronFX towards the Clients and may be unilaterally, retroactively and unconditionally be withheld and subtracted from the Clients’ accounts, at any time and at the discretion of IronFX.
