Promotion conditions

    FBS Auto Cup Contest is held by FBS from 22.09.14 to 27.02.15.

    All the current and newly registered clients of FBS regardless of their country of residence are eligible for FBS Auto Cup contest participation

    A participants Personal Area must be verified.

    FBS clients can register trading accounts of any type in the promotion. The number of contest accounts belonging to each participant is unlimited.

    In order to get a participant number in FBS Auto Cup, it is necessary to make a deposit starting from 500 USD (single of in several parts) since the date of the contest start and trade at least 3 lots on it during the contest period

    Promotion is available only for those accounts of a client that are not taking part in other FBS promotions and that have not received any bonuses.

    The promotion prizes are three cars as follows: Porsche Panamera, Mercedes CLS, Range Rover Evoque, which will be presented to three winners.

    Contest winners will be determined on 27.02.15 in live broadcast by a random choice of the winning participant numbers with the help of an automatic drawing machine.

    Prizes will be delivered to the winners by 31.03.2015. Configuration and color of each prize will be determined by the assortment presented in the winners countries of residence.

    All expenses for prizes delivery and registration of vehicle ownership are covered by FBS.

    Prizes cannot be received in cash equivalent.

    A clients confirmation of participation in the contest is evidence of his/her consent, in case of winning, to: an interview, recording of a video interview, its further publication in mass media; company use of clients photos and full name for promotion purposes. All copyrights for these promotion materials will belong to FBS.

    In case FBS suspects that a client violates or makes an attempt to violate the rules of the promotion or acts dishonestly towards the company in any other way, the company has the right to refuse participation to this client, suspend or terminate his/her participation in the promotion and, if necessary, block the clients account (temporary or permanently).

    FBS reserves the right to unilaterally change or cancel any of the promotion conditions or terminate their action fully any time.
