In your $100 JustMarkets New Welcome Rewards Wallet, open the available rewards section and select "Transfer to account." Choose a trading account and enter the amount you want to transfer. The JUSD will be transferred instantly.
7. Can I withdraw JUSD or exchange it for cash or another bonus?
No. JUSD itself can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or another bonus. You can use it only to cover 50% of eligible spreads and trading commissions. The resulting cashback is withdrawable.
8. How much of my trading costs can JUSD cover?
JUSD covers 50% of eligible spreads and commissions. You can divide your JUSD among multiple trading accounts, and the reduction applies automatically when you trade.
For Standard and Pro accounts, which don't charge commissions, JUSD covers 50% of the spread. For Raw Spread accounts, which charge both spreads and commissions, it covers 50% of the spread at trade opening and 50% of the trading commission.
9. Do JUSD rewards expire?
Yes. JUSD rewards have an expiration date. You can find the date in your Personal Area and in the bonus transactions section of your Reward Wallet.
10. Can I transfer JUSD back to my Reward Wallet?
No. Once you transfer JUSD to a trading account, you can't move it back to your Reward Wallet.
11. Why can't I transfer JUSD to some trading accounts?
You can't transfer JUSD to a trading account until your profile has passed document verification. Once your profile is verified, you can transfer rewards to eligible accounts.
12. Where can I see my cashback payments?
Open the Received Cashback section of your Reward Wallet in your Personal Area.
